A Tailor-made Design for Quick Installation
KSB designs and prefabricates Packaged Pump Stations based on the end user's actual requirements. KSB pre-fabricated lift stations are equipped with all necessary materials and equipment to allow smooth and safe operation, as well as a CSA approved LCP (Local Control Panel), automatic flushing system, sump cleaning program, alarm system and manual / automatic operation features. The programmable LCP prevents pumps from running outside of the permissible operation zone and therefore helps prevent issues associated with working far from the pump's BEP (Best Efficiency Point).
The duplex arrangement of the KSB non-clogging solid handling submersible pumps is a safe and effective solution for handling sewage and effluent fluids steadily. All KSB submersible pumps are equipped with inbuilt monitoring devices such as motor winding temperature sensors and a motor space humidity detector. In the design of all lift stations, the complete electrical system and controls are isolated from the effects of sewage contamination.
KSB stainless steel guide wire or guide bar pump retriever systems provide easy and quick access to the pumps for regular service and inspection. Moreover, a duplex station design with a valve compartment is also available to minimize station well confined space entry.
